Subacute Care

After a hip or knee replacement, cardiac event, stroke, or other acute event, we understand that residents want to keep moving forward to gain and sustain momentum toward a return to an active and healthy life. Our goal is to make this happen as quickly and as safely as possible.

We offer skilled short-term rehab to assist those who, after a hospital stay, are in need of a sound rehabilitation program before returning home. Our comprehensive rehabilitation program includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, post-surgical care, IV therapy and a host of other rehab services that are designed to support the transition from hospitalization to home.
